Lawsuit alleges that ‘deceptive’ location tracking practices violate users’ privacy

Texas and the District of Columbia sued Alphabet’s Google on Monday over what they called deceptive location tracking practices that invade users’ privacy.

Two other state attorneys general plan to file lawsuits as well, the office of the attorney general for DC, Karl Racine, said in a statement.
