Regulators voted last week to allow two companies to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2023\/aug\/10\/san-francisco-self-driving-car-autonomous-regulation-google-gm\" title=\"\">run driverless taxi services<\/a> in the city.
