Last week, he delivered a speech about the risks of AI if weaponised by terrorists and cybercriminals, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/frontier-ai-capabilities-and-risks-discussion-paper\">published a series of documents<\/a> on \u201cfrontier AI\u201d, an industry term for<strong> <\/strong>generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and DALL-E.
