Isn\u2019t it just another case of two tech companies squabbling in a US court? Well, in the first place, something very rare happened \u2013 a tech giant actually <em>lost<\/em> a big case in a US court. Second, the case was decided by a jury, not (as often happens in such cases) by a judge.
