Brin\u2019s comments<\/a>, at an AI \u201chackathon\u201d event on 2 March, follow a slew of social media posts showing Gemini\u2019s image generation tool depicting a variety of historical figures \u2013 including popes, founding fathers of the US and, most excruciatingly, German second world war soldiers \u2013 as people of colour<\/a>.<\/p>\n
