Every September, Carla Vermeend and her husband go on holiday to Terschelling island, in\u00a0the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has lots of nature, right in the middle of the\u00a0Wadden Sea, which\u00a0is listed by Unesco\u00a0as a\u00a0world heritage site,\u201d says Vermeend, a Dutch photographer. During their visit in 2014, the couple were walking by\u00a0the sea together.<\/p>\n
