CrowdStrike, the cybersecurity company behind July\u2019s mass computer outage around the world<\/a>, has been issued with an investor lawsuit accusing it of defrauding investors.<\/p>\n

The class action suit, filed in Texas by Plymouth County Retirement Association, a pension fund, argues that CrowdStrike misled investors by attesting that the company\u2019s technology was \u201cvalidated, tested and certified\u201d. In fact, the investors say, CrowdStrike\u2019s software was no such thing.<\/p>\n
