Tech entrepreneurs will leave the UK \u201cen masse\u201d if the chancellor announces a significant increase in capital gains tax at this month\u2019s budget, according to a leading industry investor.<\/p>\n

Harry Stebbings, a British podcaster turned investor who raised a $400m (\u00a3310m) fund this week, said the UK was \u201ca bad place to do business\u201d because of its tax environment.<\/p>\n
