Those harms include child sexual exploitation and what Utah calls \u201can open-door policy allowing predators and criminals to exploit users\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The state\u2019s attorney general says TikTok conducted an internal investigation in which it discovered adults paid teens to \u201cstrip, pose, and dance provocatively\u201d using its livestream feature, known as TikTok Live.
