Union says Facebook-owner\u2019s policy changes will affect \u2018ability to retain talent and thrive as an inclusive business\u2019<\/p>\n

UK staff at Facebook owner Meta feel \u201cconcerned\u201d and \u201clet down\u201d about the company\u2019s decision to scrap factcheckers and diversity, equity and inclusion programmes, the trade union representing UK tech workers has warned the firm.<\/p>\n

The Prospect union, which represents a growing number of UK Meta employees, has written to Meta to express staff concern about the impact of the controversial decisions by chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg.<\/p>\n
