Jony Ive, the man behind the look of Apple\u2019s iconic brands says the firm\u2019s co-founder specifically asked him not to consider \u2018what Steve would do\u2019<\/p>\n

Sir Jony Ive, the innovative designer of Apple\u2019s iMac, iPhone and Apple Watch, and a close friend and \u00adcollaborator of\u00a0the late Steve Jobs<\/a>, says he still often asks himself: \u201cI wonder what Steve would do?\u201d<\/p>\n

Ive told BBC Radio 4\u2019s <\/a>Desert Island Discs<\/a><\/em> on Sunday that he does so despite the fact that Jobs had specifically told\u00a0him not to before his death in 2011, aged 56.<\/p>\n
