Amazon<\/a> will report its first-quarter earnings for the 2025 fiscal year on Thursday after the New York stock exchange closes \u2013 results that will be seen in the context of consumer resilience in the face of Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s tariff wars.<\/p>\n

Analysts estimate that Amazon\u2019s earnings-per-share will come in at $1.36 on revenue of $155bn. The company has exceeded Wall Street\u2019s expectations for the previous two quarters. At the close of the first quarter last year, the company reported earnings of $0.98 per share on sales of $143bn.<\/p>\n
