The UK technology secretary has called a wave of images of women and children with their clothes digitally removed generated by Elon Musk\u2019s Grok AI \u201cappalling and unacceptable in decent society\u201d.<\/p>\n

After thousands of intimate deepfakes circulated online, Liz Kendall said X, Musk\u2019s social media platform, needed to \u201cdeal with this urgently\u201d and she backed the UK regulator Ofcom to \u201ctake any enforcement action it deems necessary\u201d.<\/p>\n
