The Meta whistleblower Sarah Wynn-Williams is suing the tech company over its efforts to \u201csilence\u201d her.<\/p>\n

A 57-page complaint<\/a> filed to a US district court in California on Thursday argues that an interim arbitration ruling sought by Meta preventing Wynn-Williams from publicising her memoir, Careless People, was \u201cimproper and unlawful\u201d and a \u201cblatant violation of the first amendment\u201d. It also accuses the company of \u201ccoercive surveillance\u201d.<\/p>\n
