Someone wants to kill grandma. In this Knives Out<\/a>–<\/em>inspired mystery game, each of your family members is suspicious in their own way: your stressed mum, your \u201cmidlife crisis uncle\u201d and especially that stranger in your bedroom. Yikes!<\/p>\n

While Apple Crumble is still a mystery, it is mechanically different from Happy Broccoli Games\u2019 previous game, Duck Detective<\/a>, in which the player solves crimes in a small office. Here you are largely snooping through your family home. \u201cI love the idea of having a walking sim where you can really open up every drawer, every door, and see what\u2019s behind there,\u201d says founder and creative director Annika Maar. As you learn more about the different grievances and troubles of your family members, the mystery slowly unwinds.<\/p>\n
