\u201cTheft, lies, cover-up,\u201d Taylor Stout, a trial attorney from the US Department of Justice, said in the government\u2019s opening statement. \u201cFor 20 years, that\u2019s how Huawei, a massive Chinese telecommunications company, victimized American companies \u2060and abused the American financial system, all \u2060in an effort to dominate the telecommunications \u200bindustry around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
