Suspected Russian hackers leave message warning: \u2018Ukrainians \u2026 be afraid and expect worse\u2019<\/p>\n

Ukraine has been hit by a \u201cmassive\u201d cyber-attack, with the websites of several government departments including the ministry of foreign affairs<\/a> and the education ministry knocked out.<\/p>\n

Officials said it was too early to draw any conclusions but they pointed to a \u201clong record\u201d of Russian cyber assaults against Ukraine, with the attack coming after security talks between Moscow and the US and its allies this week ended in stalemate<\/a>.<\/p>\n
