In the jaw-dropping saga <\/strong>of disgraced health-tech entrepreneur Elizabeth Holmes<\/a>, there was one aspect that attracted most of the public\u2019s attention: her <\/strong>voice.<\/p>\n

Despite lying about her \u201crevolutionary\u201d pin-prick blood test technology that failed to work, then duping her patients with false diagnoses (she was convicted of four counts of defrauding investors earlier this year) it was her appearance \u2013 the Steve Jobs-esque black turtleneck jumpers and signature red lipstick \u2013 and her deep baritone, masculine-affected <\/strong>voice that people really zoned in on.
