Tesla\u2019s second quarter of 2022 came to a shaky end as the electric carmaker reported a drop in revenue, missing Wall Street estimates after it struggled to meet demand due to a shutdown of its Shanghai factory and production challenges at new plants.<\/p>\n

Total revenue fell to $16.93bn in the second quarter, down from $18.76bn a year earlier, ending a streak of record revenue that the company has seen in recent quarters. Analysts were expecting revenue of $17.10bn.<\/p>\n
