Two other named defendants, Saudi citizens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbi.gov\/wanted\/counterintelligence\/ali-hamad-a-alzabarah\">Ali Alzabarah<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbi.gov\/wanted\/counterintelligence\/ahmed-saad-m-almutairi\">Ahmed Almutairi<\/a>, are on the FBI\u2019s wanted list and are believed to be in Saudi Arabia.
