A record intended to cryptographically prove the trustworthiness of the bored apes contained 31 identical entries, a situation that was supposed to be impossible. \u201cThere\u2019s something super-suspicious about some of your apes,\u201d Brodan wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Six months later, when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.garbageday.email\/p\/a-sorta-kinda-bombshell?utm_source=email\">the newsletter Garbage Day brought it to wider attention<\/a>, Brodan\u2019s query still hadn\u2019t been answered.
