A Dutch town has lost a court case asking Twitter to do more to stop the spread of a false conspiracy theory claiming it was home to a ring of Satan-worshipping paedophiles.<\/p>\n

Bodegraven Reeuwijk in the western Netherlands sued the social media company in September<\/a> over the unfounded rumours spread by three men since 2021.<\/p>\n
