Elon Musk has said he has \u201ctoo much work on my plate\u201d as it was reported that Twitter has axed more than 4,000 contractors working in areas including content moderation and engineering.<\/p>\n

The Tesla chief executive and the social media platform\u2019s new owner<\/a> told the B20 business leaders\u2019 conference in Bali that \u201cmy workload has recently increased quite a lot\u201d, in apparent reference to his $44bn (\u00a337bn) acquisition of the social media platform on 27 October.<\/p>\n
