Elon Musk has given Twitter\u2019s remaining staff a Thursday deadline to commit to working \u201clong hours at high intensity\u201d and being \u201cextremely hardcore\u201d or else leave with three months\u2019 severance pay.<\/p>\n

In an email to the social media platform\u2019s employees seen by the Guardian, its new owner said building the next iteration of Twitter would require exceptional performance.<\/p>\n
