This is what it feels like for Jean Peters*. The 83-year-old widow, who lives alone in a south Cambridgeshire village, complains that \u201ceverything is going online at a faster and faster rate\u201d to the detriment of those \u201cwho can\u2019t keep up\u201d.<\/p>\n
